Returns And Refund Guarantee:

For items received that are not as we described in our listing and Defective items, we cover the return shipping cost and replace the item asap.

All returns must be in their original packaging and condition, unworn and unwashed suitable for resale with the tags still attached to the items, free of any fragrances  and also be made within 7 days of the delivery date.

Returns And Exchange Policy:

For non defective items and items that are received in 100% condition, we charge a 30% restocking fee. Exchanges come in the form of store credit. Ounce we receive your return item(s) at our location we will issue you a store credit to purchase your exchange. Perceptions Allure has the right to refuse returns that passed the 7-day allowed time after delivery.

All Sales Are Final on Swimwear:

Due to the intimate nature of swimwear and for hygiene reasons, all swimwear purchases are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on any swimwear items once they have been purchased.
